Cancellation Policy

Please note that an order cannot be canceled after it has been placed, regardless of the reason. This policy is in place for the following reasons:

Immediate Processing

Our fulfillment system begins processing your order immediately once it is confirmed. This includes picking, packing, and scheduling the shipment. This process cannot be paused or reversed.

Inventory Reservation

Each confirmed order reserves specific inventory, making it unavailable to other customers. Canceling at this stage would disrupt inventory management and the efficiency of order processing.

Changes to Your Order

Although cancellations are not possible, we may in some cases still assist with minor changes, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Possible adjustments include:

• Changing size or color

• Updating the shipping address

• Minor modifications within the existing order

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you would like to request a change. While we cannot guarantee that all changes are possible, we will do our best to assist you as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
