If something isn’t quite right, our return process is designed to be simple, clear, and stress-free.
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging included. We never charge restocking fees — what you see is what you get.
How to start a return:
Just email us at info@sophia-fashion.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through each step. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we always recommend choosing a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.

If you'd prefer to exchange an item, mention it in your message — we’re happy to help you find the right fit or style.
Exchange in 4 simple steps (for defective products)
Step 1: Send an email to (Support@sophia-fashion.com) and attach photos or a short video of the defective product. Briefly describe the problem.
Step 2: Our team validates the product after receiving the photos/videos.
Step 3: Upon successful validation, our team will send you a free replacement product.
Step 4: Our customer service team provides you with the tracking information for the replacement shipment so that you can track the status.
Refunds:
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require a little extra time to complete the transaction.
